Justin Smith began his career with RPM-AVS Services in October 2013, and currently serving as a Project Manager. He began with no experience, but with years of in-field training with our best installers, he eventually caught up with his peers. Justin continues to learn and grow his knowledge of the industry through online, and in-field training.

Justin currently holds 5 certifications with Avixa which include: Quickstart to the AV Industry, AV Math, Essentials to AV, Networking, and Project Management. He also holds a certification for Extron EAVA, fundamentals Biamp Tesira, Aerial lift, Hilti, OSHA 10, and Osha 30.

When he is not busy working and learning, he enjoys time off with his family. He tries to stay busy as much as possible, and he has taken up woodworking as a hobby. He also enjoys building high-end computers, online gaming, auto audio, working on vehicles, and most of all, helping others with any free time that he has.
