  • Rodney MilnerFounder (retired)

    Rodney has been involved in the audio-visual and broadcast industry since 1993. Rodney has participated in various industry training and certifications including Extron, Crestron, Crestron DM, Clear One, Polycom and Biamp. Rodney holds an Infocomm CTS certification and a Georgia Unrestricted Low Voltage License. Rodney’s responsibilities include financials, company process development and vision, employee training, lunch and quitting time. Rodney’s favorite quote is taken from the late great Yogi Berra, “When you come to a fork in the road, take it.”

  • Matthew MilnerCEO

    Matthew has over 20 years of experience – all with RPM-AVS. Matthew started work as an AV technician after attending Valdosta State University. He fell in love with the industry and quickly rose through the ranks.

    Matthew has held many different positions including Lead Technician, Field Engineer, Project Manager, Installation Manager, Vice President of Operations, Vice President, and now CEO.

    As CEO, Matthew is responsible for the overall success of the business and for making top-level managerial decisions. Matthew is focused on the development of the company’s short- and long-term strategy, creating and implementing the company’s strategy and vision.

  • Jeff BraddockCOO

    Jeff has enjoyed a long tenure in the Audio Visual industry since 1993.  Beginning as a technician while attending college, Jeff moved into engineering, sales engineering, ,programming, project management, and finally management roles including a General Manager role for a large national AV integration company and formerly VP of Operations for RPM.

    Coupling the diversity of industry experience with a degree in Business Administration from Kennesaw State University, Jeff now applies it to improving operations at RPM.

    As Chief Operations Officer, Jeff is focused on growth through the improvement of existing operations, expansion into new territories, and creating a scalable model to support a national presence.

  • Lindsey HawkDirector of Administration

    Lindsey began her career at RPM-AVS in 2013. She graduated from Georgia Southern University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education. Lindsey brings her impeccable organizational skills to the HR department at RPM-AVS. Her duties include payroll, bookkeeping, budgeting and job costing. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their newborn son. Lindsey’s favorite quote comes from the Bible verse from Psalms 61:2:

    “When my heart is faint, lead to me to the rock that is higher than I.”

  • Amy NealeyBusiness Administrator

    Amy has a very important role as Administrative Assistant, her job duties include bookkeeping, new hire orientation, and assisting our management team. She graduated from Chattahoochee Tech with a degree in Healthcare Administration. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, dining at new restaurants, and taking her German Shepherds on hikes. Amy likes to live by this quote by Conan O’Brien:
