  • Ron BradfordProject Manager

    Ron puts his 30+ years of audio visual experience to work, supervisor and mentoring the Project Management and Installation teams at RPM.  Ron currently holds his CTS-I.

  • Matthew ParkerProject Manager

    Matthew Parker started his career with RPM-AV Services as a technician in 2010.  He became a lead technician within the first year of employment.  Matthew is currently a project manager and has held this position for 6 years.  When he was younger, he received electrical experience in residential and commercial projects while working under his grandfather.  Later, he worked for a commercial construction company as an assistant supervisor.  In this position, Matthew managed sub-contractors on the job sites as well as scheduled crews for projects.  He also assisted in hands on duties on site to ensure that the jobs were completed successfully.  As a project manager for RPM-AV Services, Matthew strives to provide high quality service to the customers within the assigned budget, in a timely manner.

  • Travis DavidsonProject Manager

    Travis came to work for RPM-AVS in May of 2013 as a technician. With a background in electrical, general construction, and having a strong work ethic, Travis took to the industry quickly and has grown with the company and has since been promoted to lead technician and then project manager. Travis has been a vital part in the day to day operations and continues to ensure all projects are turned over on time and on budget.

Neil Turner
  • Neil TurnerProject Manager-North Carolina

    Neil has almost 40 years installing and servicing a wide variety of audio-visual / control systems. He has worked in product manufacturing, the US Navy (where he carried a TS/SBI security clearance), government contracting, educational, religious, residential, and especially commercial environments. Neil has a BS degree and a number of trade related certifications. He is currently pursuing certifications in Biamp DSP systems and additional AVIXIA training. Neil adheres to industry best practices and provides training to junior employees to insure they follow the same standards. When Neil is not engaged in the planning, installing or servicing of audio-visual systems, he is active in the church and spends time with his family.
